 Hi everyone,
can anone give me advice on Lloyds tsb,
I am on a DMP with CCCs started begining of April, Lloyds sent back notification to cccs that they had no knowlege of my accounts, bank loan, cc and bank account. I didn't have an overdraft with them, but because cccs thought they would still try and take the loan even after the DD had been cancelled, we included money for an OD in the creditors. Lloyds didn't try and take the DD money but they charged me £25.00 for a personal loan charge. then cccs payed in £12.14 leaving me over drawn by £6.48.
today have had a letter saying that previous letter had explained that if I didn't pay the difference I would be charged £15 flat fee and £6.00 per day starting form the 29 april and thats what they were doing now, there was no previous letter, I have had no direct contact with lloyds since before christmas.
:eek:thing is when this gets to over £25 they can then charge £15 per day, gonna end owing thousands at this rate, anyone got any advice, have been today and paid the £6 but think its just a drop in the ocean now  lol

Hi
I have a Lloyds Tsb bank account and also a credit card with them, and all I can say is good luck in trying to get them to stop interest. I have been on a DMP for over 2 years and have tried unsuccessfully to get them to either stop or reduce interest.....they have done neither.!! They are one of the most difficult to deal with.

 really stupid of them then, cause I'm gonna keep piling it up, debt wise with their charges, until I have no choice but to go bankrupt and they get nought. silly people :mad:life sometimes gets in the way of good intentions:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I know what you mean, I had an overdraft facility that was just short of £500, by the time they finished adding charges on it , it had gone to £760.!!! it was bad enough trying to pay the original amount.!!

Of all my creditors on my DMP they are the only ones still charging interest albeit at a reduced rate.
Half the money they get each month pays off the reduced interest the rest pays the debt, still not very helpful of them though considering when they were struggling taxpayers money bailed them out.

If you are in hardship do you have bank charges you can reclaim?, being on a dmp means you will surely have a case. Worth checking the charges reclaiming board. Would show Lloyds.0

Do you know what BigCragJohn, thats what really pees me off, out of all the time I've been struggling never, not once in 20years of having the account with Lloyds have I been overdrawn, until now. I started off with a £1000 bank loan with them and ended up after their( come in and see us) yearly reviews owing £15000. (my fault I know). I have never until now had any charges for anything from them, and the hassle now is over £6.
so if anyone can point me in the direction of the template letter for asking to have charges stopped,( I need it for couple of others too ) I would be greatfully, their gonna get sick of me, gonna fight fire with fire xlife sometimes gets in the way of good intentions:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
