today i was told again its voluntary.
my manager said if there isnt the voluntary take in , the bosses will have to rethink the pattern which could result in much worse.
by now ive had enough so ask for my written statement of employment..
first he told me it all on the company website, i said that wasnt a statement.
so he contacted HR who said that was good enough and i had a statement when i started working there.
i told him i started b4 1996 so no i didnt
tonight he turned up at my home with parcel containing all the info copyed from the company website.
i left a message with HR this morning still waiting for them to contact me.
this is a total joke , i think my next action is to start a formal grievance..0 -

I think Web based docs, employee handbooks etc is reasonable for all but the personal particulars like pay.0 -
well this just gets worse.
yesterday my manager visited me and i was told from the 20.5.10 i was being transfered from my current role to a different job within my company.( also 2 other have been told , all of us refused to voluntare for new patterns)
i told him i have medical restrictions in force stopping me from doing this new job ( i had to visit the company OHS doctor back in 2008 due to the fact my company "lost" my previous OHS report).
hes now email stating he cannot find my OHS report, but i have a copy this time.
my question is do i supply him a copy , or let him view my copy, or as i have been treated so bad, start a formal grievance for loss if medical record again0 -
I'm feeling for your manager.
He didnt have to supply documents to you, but he printed them off and hand delivered.
He gave you a choice of work patterns, and notice of when he needed a change. You said no.
He offered you a job somewhere else. You said no.
So you want things exactly as they are forever even of business needs change. Life isn't like that.
Show him the OHS report. Why on earth wouldn't you unless you were being awkward and stalling for time?Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0
