Help - I am employed- hubby self employed since April 2009 looking to move to new build by P/x but.....do I need a 15% deposit also can only find lenders that will consider my income as employed....
Does anyone know if you can get a mortgage on a new build with 10% deposit ...also is there a lender that will consider 1 years accounts??
Have great credit rating no outstanding debts and good income and bonus per year.
Any advice would be great!!
Thanks

Well 53 people have read your post and I have a few concerns
You are buying a new build ( hard to value ) and have only a 10/15% deposit.
Your husband is self employed and you only have one year of accounts
This is complex so you need to talk to a whole of market broker for help!0
