B&M bargains have a good selection of candals - from like 59p they seem alot cheaper and more smelly then others i have bought in the past.
Worth a trip if you have one near.0 -

I've given up buying smelly candles now, although still like them as pressies. I've found an oil burner with tea lights to be more MS and depending how much oil you use, the fragrance can be stronger too if you want.0

Home Bargains always have some which are 49p each which aren't too bad, although picked up some scented tealights in primark the other day for £1 and they are quite nice.
we love our scented candles too
*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
Or the cheapest way is to make them yourself

ANy pound shop buy a load of cheapo candles, shove them in an old saucepan and melt them removes the wicks, add whatever essential oils you like along with any food colouring if you want them coloured, the pour into old glassed, old tins anything really that is heatproof, tie the wick to a lolly stick or bamboo sqewer and rest over the top of the container with the wick down the middle of the melted wax.
Voila homa made scented candles
THis will also work in bigger containers just use more wicks.
My wife atarte doing it ages ago, she started saving all the bits that never burn and melting them down, you can even buy candle wax in huge blocks of Ebay or as suggested just buy the cheapo candles from the poundshop you get the wick then as well.
Hope that helps
