Restoring n oak floor - Cleaning doctor

Hi guys, I want to resand & reseal my wooden floor & have seen an advert for the cleaning doctor service. Has anyone experience of their service?

I don't have experience of having a wooden floor treated, but I have used my local 'cleaning doctor' for cleaning sofas and carpets and he has been excellent, he made a really good job of them. The one I used was the one in the Ballymena/North Antrim area.0
