For anyone interested I have just got out ot the library the most fantastic receipe book called 'Cookies - irresistible biscuits, brownies and bars' by Hilaire Walden. Gorgeous receipes and clear step by step instructions. I might even have to buy this one.:D

Never heard of this cookery writer so just went over onto Amazon to have a look and this book is only £6! She has written all kinds of yummy and OS sounding books too - oh no I feel a "spend £15 and get the free delivery" Amazon moment coming up.....:rotfl:Jane

Hi, i've just had a look on Amazon but can't work out which book it is you've got as there are about 4 or 5. They all look mouthwatering but some have better reviews than others !0
