ordered a radio flyer wagon along with other bits, took my money received the other low cost items and not the wagon, hadn't received a phone call to let me know when I would receive the wagon, just called now to see when i would receive it only to be told that they no longer have this item at half price!!! (I can order this at full price though) also had I not phoned when were they going to let me know!!!:mad:very cross with company and I will not be recommending them to anybody. They are happy to send out the low cost items at half price. BEWARE

spencerb - you can't just let this go! If you have proof of your order at half price and the shop have told you they have it in stock, they can't 'decide' not to sell it you, especially if they have taken payment for it. I queried the p&p on my sandpit as I had paid £25 for the whole order but according to their website, the total order minus the sandpit should have been sent for 8.99. when I said I wanted the 16.01 refunded as well as the 30 the sand pit had cost, it was in stock and ready for dispatch. I got my sandpit so I was happy.

Does this excessive p&p argument due to cancellation of the radio flyer also apply to your order?

Perhaps you should seek advice from trading standards?

This is not very good service, I must admitt I am suprised that they would do something like this! I received my smaller items also but did not receive my sandpit. I used my email confirmation to reply the email asking where my sandpit was as there was no mention of it on my packing slip, I received an email back telling me they were aware of my outstanding sandpit and that it would be shipped 24hr courier the next day! I would email them your order confirmation and do the same and see where it gets you, if they are not going to honor this I would definately take this higher, especially if they have taken your money.

they are very crafty, whilst waiting for them to return my call to see where my order was they refunded my money:mad: I didn't ask for a refund I just wanted my order of the radio flyer wagon that I paid for on Saturday, (why did they not phone me to let me know there was a probem Hello, it's Friday today and I had to phone them:mad:!!!) BAD SERVICE! on the order I received on Tuesday for the low cost items it stated my wagon would be with me asap.

How did the sandpit building go? Are the children having a ball in it? We are away for three weeks in June and so are waiting until we get back to put ours up, we still have to decided where we are going to put it! Hope you are all having fun covered in sand!!!!!!!!
