Free tickets to the Allergy and Gluten Free Show

It's show-time again and it's also allergy season in a big way.

This weekend we're at the York Food Fair (Saturday 8th May - Bar Convent, Blossom Street, York, YO24 1AQ - 10:30am till 2:30pm) just ahead of Ceoliac Awareness Week. If you don't read this too late, come along and say hello

Then on the 21st-23rd May we're down in London for the Allergy and Gluten Free Show (The Olympia, London W14 8UX - 10am till 5pm and 4pm on Sunday).

The Allergy and Gluten Free Show will offer knowledge, products, advice and information - all under one roof. Some of the UK's best known nutritional therapists, dieticians and allergy professionals will be there too. I'm looking forward to the whole thing, especially the cookery displays. So see you there!

I am not able to go, but if you click through to the booking site, there is a list of all the current exhibitors that give links to their webpages and show products that are available. Great find OP - would love to hear later on from anyone who went and anythig really good that they found.

Thanks for this - me and OH are going. Would help for me to find more gluten free foods and asthma stuff - I'm so lucky to have both lol
