    Ohhh....5 things you love doing?

I love spending time with my family.....even if it's just chatting over breakfast, there's a sense of pride that these people are all in my life.

I love doing my crafty stuff....I get totally immersed in projects and love seeing the end results.

I love pottering in the garden and enjoying what grows....a real sense of achievment to pick and eat what you've grown from seed.

I love walking........it gives me the head space I need to put everythign else in to perspective. Plus nearly every walk round here means going along a cliff or past the sea.

I love making my house a home......I like creating nice things for my home, keeping it tidy and clean and looking after the cherished bits and bobs I've got.

But there are days when I think "sod it" to all of it and would like to live alone in a cave :D

I have never given blood:o I should really as my blood type is a bit unusual as I am AB+ I think?

I am really thinking now as one of the questions the site asks is to think of 5 things that I really love doing.....................?????? I cant actually think of ANYTHING.

Oh I was about 17 when I started, and it was/is the best thing I have ever done. However had to give it up due to my diet. I think I need to gve it another month for my body to stabilise and then I can give again :D Happy Pap...

Ohhh thats hard, I can do four ~

    1) Walking along the coast line and hearing the waves, shame I can only do this on holiday. Although walking generally is fab too, especially in the woods around us.
    2) Watching a storm from my bedroom window while wrapped snuggly in my duvet cover.
    3) Spending time with my Mum even if its just walking the dog for 30min.
    4) Reading, anything and everything, although I prefer crime/murder fiction. Has to be a real book though reading online doesn't count as its not the same.

    5 things I love doing.......

    - cuddling Charlie and being able to 'chat' to him and knowing he is listening intently
    - listening to really hard rain whilst being inside nice and warm
    - being in front of an open fire, a wood burning one is best
    - watching the sun set with a glass of wine
    - hearing the 'ping' of a text arriving whilst at work and knowing it will make me smile

I've decided to just carry on with holiday preparations which means getting the house really clean for my parents arriving. Living room and hall are done, main bedroom is done other than strip the bed tomorrow. Next is dust and hoover the spare room and then I'll do the toilet/bathroom/kitchen tomorrow so it is done as close to us going as possible and nothing needs re-doing. Taking an emergency CC with me in case can't get back and have told CC company I will be out of the country if it is used although if it is used it will be after I'm due to get back so I'll have to re-contact them !!

lying next to b when she is sleeping and staring at her realising she is my daughter and how beautiful she is
running anytime but especially on a warm summers evening as the sun is setting
waking up early and listening to the dawn chorus
walking along the beach on a blustery day
long lazy lunches with special friends
hot bubble baths full to the brim with a glass of wine
    snogging ......

    Think that will do lol

With R/MM at the other end ;)

BB can I ask you a food question? I want to 'make' frozen yogurt. Is it as simple as freezing yogurt :o The problem is I have become addicted to the 48p huge tubs of low fat yogurt. I can eat a tub full of fruit and 1/2 crumbled biscuits in one sitting. Calorie wise its fine but I wondered if it was frozen into batch's it can replace my usual ice cream this summer?

I would give it a go pap. Recipes normally say you have to chuck it in an icecream maker, but that's so ice crystals don't form as it is freezing rather than anything else. It would be nice with pureed fruits, maybe a bit of sweetener mixed in.

Thanks BB, I shall and let you know how it goes. I don't really want to purchase a gadget just to make it :o I already do the puree'd fruit but in the normal yogurt. Its a muller corner for 1/2 the price and a 1/3 of the cal :T

Still have my fingers crossed for your flights :D
