Netbook advice please

Hi all, hoping someone can advise me. Are these netbooks thingy's any good?

small, windows ce, and pink, be better off with a second hand laptop if money is tight.

The thought of small appealed and I like pink but I have no idea how Windows CE differs from XP or Vista lol. What sort of laptop would you recommend? Ideally I'm looking at sub £100 as I'm skint but the screen on my current one is dying

You would be better off with an Etch A Sketch....... for that money

Agreed get a budget laptop instead, my cheapo ebuyer satnav uses windows CE.

Try finding software for windows CE

I take it that means you can't recommend a second hand laptop for less then £100?
Bearing in mind that I only need something that'll get me online to check emails etc, can anyone recommend either an inexpensive second hand laptop as suggested about or could someone maybe be able to tell me how much I should be looking to save in order to buy a better one? Thanks

Whats wrong with the screen on your existing laptop, which model of laptop is it, how old is it.

It's a compaq presario c300 and I'm not sure what happened. The other week the screen went funny and then the bottom third went black. Yesterday the middle third went black and so I'm using the top wee bit to surf lol.
