Same thing happened to me so I rang my bank, the payment has been taken so dont do it again, no email yet though

I was having problems for quite a while.

Eventually got to the thank you for your order screen and order number.

It also said an email would be sent to me acknolwedging order details.

Hope mine hasn't been taken twice.

Just checked my email and got 2 with different order numbers on.

Read on Hotdealsuk that unlikely to fulfill all orders as will probably have limited stock.

Should we wait and see or try to cancel duplicate orders?

I think you should check with your bank, it seems to charge each time, even if it says service unavailable.
