    I just copied and pasted the bit that said "EMail for your free tag" and then said please send to the address below and added a thanks at the end.

    Duh! I don't mean the actual tags, but these tags are linked with the democracy, not with the army. Basically I mean that the request of the tags has nothing to do with the army!
