can bristow and sutor levy on a financed car even though the fiance is not in my name.

I think that depends on who is the owner of the car and what type of finance, ie. hp or personal loan

hp but it is like a company vehicle. As partners boss in charge of finance, car reg by my boyfriend but registered under bosses address.

suprise, i have just rec letter from B&S adv that they ae giving me 7 days to pay the debt and then it will b passed back to council, wooohooo! did also threaten about 3 months in prison but i no where i stand with council they hv previous advised on this, what a stupid threat. forget B&S not dealing and def not paying them any longer will go straight to council. yay!!!!
