    First time ever that I got a room for tomorrow. Have being trying ever since they did this and never been successful!

    Confirmation came through...was nervewrecking waiting for that!

    i wanted one for the 17th June, and totally had one but lost it whilst typing. the system is stupid. if you have someone typing in, that room should be held, not given to someone else.

    its unfair and totally catered to people who have stayed before.

    this is the 3rd time i have lost out because of this.

    I got a £1 room and a £29 room. For the £29 room i had four confirmations, but they all have the same confirmation number so all is ok. Really pleased, have stayed with them twice before so this is great. wil lbe staying end of May and beginning of August whoop whoop , Thanks op x

    Thank you, MrC needs a break so two nights is wonderful and though our anniversary is on a Wednesday next week, someone has booked it off! We're having such trouble getting a week off (thanks to redundancies, departments are so stretched) I just went and booked it.

    I've received 3 confirmation emails for one night now, all the same confirmation number; system must have had a fit.
