I am using PS Elements 8 on trial. One major annoyance is the minuscule size of the print in the application's menu bar. I can find no way to enlarge it. Suggestions please.

OS Win7 HP
Monitor Dell 22" w/screen.

Hmm, doesn't seem that small on the screenshots I've seen.

What screen resolution have you got your monitor set to?

Also is the black text with the grey background adding to the problem? I know you can change the text colour to black/white. Go to Edit>Preferences>General and click the appropriate radio button to do that.

Well my son who is visiting and I have been fiddling and no amount of resolution adjustment has any effect, The monitor is set to its native 1920x1080

    Screen shot as requested: 22" w/scrn 1920*1080.

The pic will be small initially then enlarge to proper size.

So no further comment then? BTW have been away for a few days.

Could any person with less than perfect vision read the application's menu bar?

That crap wants me to sign in, and I don't do web based accounts really.

Take a proper screenshot, save it "as is" (that's your monitor resolution), and upload to somewhere like Photobucket that doesn't need the viewer to have an account.

I'd just forgotten to set the sharing facility; sorry.

It will work for pps now.

    Eh???

Anyway, the font size looks OK here - but if you find it too small then I guess the only way around that is to increase the size of everything that you see on screen by increasing the magnification level in your display properties to 125% (or more if necessary).

There lies the rub. Even though the magnification is set high, and I use Control then + to temporaily enlarge futher, the menu bar remains too small... less than 8pt.
