    Currently 67 of Labours seats are in Wales and Scotland.

    As both are dependent on central funding. No wonder the conservatives didn't make any headway.

    Why can't England have a regional Government.

    Brown has now stated that we need a fairer voting system.

    IMO, this is the first public pitch to the lib-dems...
    It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.
