There will be one prize of a one week Adventure Company Turquoise Coast Family Trip to Turkey for two adults and two children.

Accommodation will consists of two nights in a cottage farmhouse, two nights in a three star hotel and two nights on board a traditional gullet, all situated within Turkey's Turquoise Coast.

The prize includes direct return economy flights for two adults and two children from Gatwick airport to Dalaman airport in Turkey, transfers to and from Dalaman airport to the accommodation and transfers between the accommodation. The prize also includes seven breakfasts, four lunches and two dinners for the winner and each of their travel companions.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Speedo/JJB Adventure Company Turquoise Coast Family Trip (the "Prize Draw"):
1. In order to enter the Prize Draw contestants are required to complete the Prize Draw on-line form on the promotion page on https://www.speedo.co.uk or https://www.jjbsports.com (together the "Websites")
2. The Prize Draw opens on 6 May 2010 and the closing date is at 5.00 pm on 30 June 2010. No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid. The promoter cannot acknowledge receipt of your prize draw entry and shall not be responsible for any entry which is lost or damaged in transit.
3. The Prize Draw is open to those aged sixteen (16) or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to employees of Speedo, Pentland Group plc, JJB Sports, The Adventure Company, any associated companies, and their families.
4. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. You do not have to buy any Speedo or JJB product in order to enter this Prize Draw.
5. There will be one (1) prize of a one (1) week Adventure Company Turquoise Coast Family Trip to Turkey for two (2) adults and two (2) children. Accommodation will consists of two (2) nights in a cottage farmhouse, two (2) nights in a three (3) star hotel and two (2) nights on board a traditional gullet, all situated within Turkey's Turquoise Coast. The prize includes direct return economy flights for two (2) adults and two (2) children from Gatwick airport to Dalaman airport in Turkey, transfers to and from Dalaman airport to the accommodation and transfers between the accommodation. The prize also includes seven (7) breakfasts, four (4) lunches and two (2) dinners for the winner and each of their travel companions.
Please note:

• the winner and their travel companions must take the trip between July 2011 and August 2011;
• the prize does not include transport to or from Gatwick airport, spending money or travel/holiday insurance, travel insurance is mandatory for all clients on an Adventure Company tour and the winner and their travel companions are required to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance;
• the winner and their travel companions must have valid passports with a minimum of six (6) months validity. The winner and their travel companions are responsible for obtaining any travel visas which they require to take the trip;
• the winner and their travel companions will be responsible for ensuring they comply the conditions of the Adventure Company which can be found at https://www.adventurecompany.co.uk/booking-conditions;
• the winner and their travel companions will be responsible for adhering to airline and accommodation standards at all times;
• Adventure Company is a member of ABTA, number Y0766;
• the prize excludes all expenses and costs except as specifically set out in these Terms and Conditions;
• the promoter shall not be liable for any travel delays, cancellations and/or any additional costs or expense incurred by the winner and/or their travel companions arising from an event of force majeure.

6. The draw will be made by an independent person and the promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified either by telephone or email by 31 July 2010.
7. The name of the winner will be made available after the closing date on the Websites or may be obtained by sending a request together with a SAE to: Louise Blount, The Adventure Trip Prize Draw, Speedo International Limited, Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ.
8. The winner agrees to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at the request of the promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, contestants agree to the promoter's unrestricted use of any post-Prize Draw publicity for the promoter's own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the promoter's websites and social networking platforms.
9. The prize may be altered or varied at the promoter's sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in the promoter's sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. The prize is subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
10. Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Speedo, JJB Sports or The Adventure Company then your personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing.
Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
11. The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Prize Draw at its sole discretion.
12. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Speedo International Limited, Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ and JJB Sports, Challenge Way, Wigan, WN5 0LD.
13. By entering this Prize Draw contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. English law governs this Prize Draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
