Would anyone like to meet - Like a high school reunion...

Just a thought here.... Anyone fancy organising, or coming to a DFW party !! we could use our powers of DFW pursuasion to organise a very thrifty function here...

Imagine... A cheapo labour club, cheapo prices and a good old buffet prepared by us ! what a cool night !

Or maybe im talking crap... but lets see what we all say !

I will move this to the Arms, there are a couple of ongoing meets being organised which might be suitable for some of the lovely people on this board. There have been some sucessful meets too, both in London and in Manchester, it was just the one that was supposed to happen last year didn't for some reason.

I am in Lancashire so I would probably be up for a meet in the North west if work etc permits.

I put my name down for one in Southampton/Hampshire...heard nothing more :( It would be nice to put faces to names.
  • Can it not be left here so the true DFW peeps see it. I only use this thread really, only other rooms now and again...

Did the London one happen in July? It dropped off my radar somehow and I never learned when and where.
The ability of skinny old ladies to carry huge loads is phenomenal. An ant can carry one hundred times its own weight, but there is no known limit to the lifting power of the average tiny eighty-year-old Spanish peasant grandmother.
  • Prob dropped off as it got moved from the thread where all the people know each other !!! this ones been booted from DFW where I know only some people who post come onto DFW only... they wont go to the arms !!!

    Not happy.
