That is it - he paid up all remaining arrears, he owes no more and I can finally get him out of my life!!!!!!!!! He had a warrant out for his arrest due to not attending court, but paid up today. It has taken 9 years to get it - got the majority of arrears almost 3 years ago, and a bit more after that plus a bit back in Feb and now the final payment has been made. A long, hard slog it has been, but worth it now. I don't care what he does with his life now!

Well done, you can wash him out of your hair (and the CSA) as of today, I'm jealous!!
Again, congrats 0 -
Good news kelloggs - glad he is out of your life. Now settle down and drink to the future :beer:0

I hope my story gives hope to the PWCs who have non compliant ex's that there is hope until the very end. My ex was the most non compliant I had ever encountered - and he was self employed. I honestly thought for a long time that I would never get anything. The CSA were useless for a long while - never taking action when they should have, and I had to fight them even though I worked there - certainly not any preferential treatment!! Only after it finally went to enforcement did anything happen and even then it took 5 years! Don't give up everybody.0
