His arrears? All in all 27k - 25k three years ago, a couple of £150 amounts, £1k in Feb and the remaining £950 today.

    Wow!

As others here have said, well done.

I bet you are so relieved. Very well done.

Thought you would like to know mine is now paying me direct. He still owes me 4.5K in arrears. Then the rest, circa 14K to the SoS. He is paying arrears at back £55.71 per month. CSA has infomed me it will take another 83 MONTHS to clear arrears owed to me. So much for the 2 year rule, but at least I'm getting it.

If he continues what he's paying now, he will pay actual maintenance till Sept 2013, so after that I'm hoping he will keep paying the same amount he is now, which, hopefully, will pay off the arrears sooner. Then I will drop the bombshell he has to then pay back the SoS as he's under the illusion he currently owes me 18.5K.

    Well done Kelloggs

    Good for you :T

    Perserverance Pays Off :j

Well thats certainly made me smile today, i'm pleased for you, but can I just ask, much shuffling of feet, cough cough cough, :o, you'll still be hanging around here much of the time wont you. Now your done and dusted no one here would blame you for sloping off and really finishing with all of this.

I speak only for myself when I say I read some threads on here about the sh*t some pwc/nrp's are taking and I could almost weep for the posters concerned at the carp they are being forced to endure. I know its stupid of me since I dont actually know these people blah blah blah but just knowing that someone is out there suffering makes me feel bad.

Once again, Good on Yer Kelloggs:j

I wanted to share my experience as a PWC but also my knowledge and experience as an ex CSA employee. Now your done and dusted no one here would blame you for sloping off and really finishing with all of this.

It's amazing how fighting does seem to pay off in the end - I bet you never thought you would ever get anything! Well done you.

Well done K and thanks for all the help you have given to everyone on here over the last 4 years.

I hope my story gives hope to the PWCs who have non compliant ex's that there is hope until the very end. My ex was the most non compliant I had ever encountered - and he was self employed. I honestly thought for a long time that I would never get anything. The CSA were useless for a long while - never taking action when they should have, and I had to fight them even though I worked there - certainly not any preferential treatment!! Only after it finally went to enforcement did anything happen and even then it took 5 years! Don't give up everybody.

Reading this brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Kelloggs, and I join everyone else is saying how pleased I am for you.

I long for the day that I will be in your position, and you certainly have given me immense courage and hope through all your supportive posts, and PM's!

I too can't wait for the day that I will wake up and not have to ever think about my ex again.

But........for now I'm wickedly enjoying the fun of pursuit. (when I'm not shaking like a leaf when opening the latest tribunal letter!)

I think I can speak for many of us who have travelled the road with you that you have been a beacon of hope for all of us. I know for me just when I get off the phone for the nth time I think that it worked for you so I too can have the patience to see it out.

I have now got to the point where I know that i have potentially another 10 years of liability and I can wait and play the patience game......so thank you.

I hope though that you wont abandon us completely and will still pop in from time to time - after all who will I volunteer to check CS1 payments otherwise??:rotfl:

Really pleased for you though, enjoy the peace that you will now get :T

You have spoken for all of us, Kimitatsu.

Kelloggs is an inspiration for all of us, PWC,NRP and NRPP.

Patience is the key.Look at my posting above. 83 months left and I've been fighting for years and years. But, in the end, my NRP got so sick of the CSA we spoke civil to one another and we made a private arrangement. I would have loved to receive the lump sum from him, but we are now on speaking terms and I've got a result. Slow time coming, but it will resolve itself .

    Sighs...
