Hi Jimjams. I think this may be restricted to the USA only. I can't see in the T&C, and it did accept my entry but it says this:
By submitting an entry in this drawing, winner agrees to allow Mel's Treasures On-Line to post their name, city and state on our website bulletin board, on this page and on a mass email announcing the winner.
If I win, what state will they attribute to me?

Most americans aren't even aware England is a country, they think it's a state. lol So that's what they'll put Buuuuut as there is no box for country I presume it is USA only. 0
