Special terms & conditions: Prize is for two adults and must be booked by 31 July 2010. The prize must be taken by 31st December 2010, and is subject to availability. 2) The apartment will be a studio or one bed apartment with a double bed, therefore the winner and guest will be required to share. 3) The winner will be able to claim two tickets for a show at The Palace Theatre and will have a selection of shows and performance dates to choose from as agreed by the theatre, subject to the availability of tickets when booking. 4) The winner will receive a £70 voucher to use at Felicini, Manchester City Centre. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has no alternative cash value. 5) Travel expenses will also be covered up to the total cost of £200. Spending money, additional expenses and meals are not included.

Manchester has improved on what it was and part of the reason for that is the IRA blew part of it up so it started off regeneration. However, I would put Manchester below Liverpool and Chester for a ranking of the best North West cities. (I haven't been to Lancaster or Carlisle though so that could mean Manchester's only got Preston and Salford below it. )0 -
