Just had an email:
Thank you for taking the time to complete the web enquiry form. We are aware that a small number of people experienced a technical error whilst submitting their entry to the May Money Madness competition on Saturday 15th May 2010.
We would like to assure you that all entries submitted for 15th May were received correctly and were entered into the draw.
We’d like again to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Kind regards

Don't know if this means the entries were accepted despite the error message or not :mad:Thanks to all OP's your efforts are much appreciated :A0 -
We would like to assure you that all telephone entries submitted for 15th May were received correctly and were entered into the draw.

The Daily Mail, print anything not quite accurate? Wash out your mouth!
I replied to their email telling them that it was rather ambiguous and asking why it continued to let me enter, (as their response suggested) if it had previously been accepted - one per day allowed etc.
I also told them I was unaware of anyone who managed to enter successfully online, so perhaps they needed to investigate the scale of the problem as it seemed to be larger than they were implying.
:rotfl: Guess that's me out of the comp then? :rotfl:
Will update if / when I get a response.
ETA (& to save bumping again! I got 2 emails back today on the email address I use. The first was identical to the previous one we all had.
The 2nd just said
If you login to your account you will see Saturday’s entry.
It didn't explain why my Saturday box had disappeared, (Tho' I had asked them,) Nor did it explain or address my query about how the system didn't reject any of my multiple attempts to enter when it's supposed to be 1 a day.
It totally ignored my question about how many people had managed to enter online on Saturday seeing as it was just a "Small number" of us! :rotfl: Perhaps we should ask for figures under the freedom of information act! LOL! :rotfl:
As appears to be the case with others, Mr GB did not email, and has no entry showing for Saturday, despite multiple attempts.
:rotfl: Could do with some more Daily Mail responses for plants! :rotfl:
Ah well, onwards & upwards - just annoying that they think we're taken in by such obvious claptrap!Worse things will have happened in the world today..."The only thing that really matters, it to love and to be loved."0
