Boots Style Solutions Eco Friendly Dryer uses heater technology to dry hair as fast as a conventional 2000W hairdryer, using about half the electrical energy.

The reviews seem good so I ordered one for store collection. I just returned a hairdryer to Asda this morning because the wires were exposed (a Vidal Sassoon one that was posted here for £5 at Xmas)

Official MoneySavingExpert.com:

Standard delivery for Boots is £2.90 or you can pick up in store for free. Thanks to *SmallFry* for the great find!

I've just been to my local Boots and I saw the hairdryer instore so I decided to buy it and I'll return the other one when it gets delivered to the store. It's a sturdy hairdryer and the heat feels the same as my other 2000w hairdryer. Another bonus is the cable is a good length and thick. It has a 2 year guarantee and it was a penny cheaper instore too, oh and I got my £5 NO7 voucher :D

I went to TKMaxx and there was the same hairdryer under the name of Babyliss and they were selling it for £14.99 reduced from £29.99 so I think we got a bargain! :D

Never even thought about free £5 voucher. Does that mean I won't get that when I pick it up in store. Thanks

No they sadly don't give them with online orders. Have you been to your Boots to see if they have them instore?

Many thanks for this OP. My hairdryer gave up the ghost last week and so I've treated myself to one of these with my birthday money :D

Thanks OP - ordered one for DD's birthday!

I asked in store (Above Bar, Southampton) and SA said they hadn't had any in stock for ages and she thought they would not be stocking them again, so probably selling off the left over stock.
