valuation booked. home visit not drive by

Hi

I am in the process of remortgaging and is up to the valuation stage.
I was just wondering would there be any difference to a drive by valuation and one that they actual visit the home?

Many Thanks for any replies

Mandy

    Hi Mandy

I'm just in the process of remortgaging and they came and visited my house - I was surprised as I thought they'd just do a drive by! Was glad they did though as we've recently done up the house :)
