Just wondering if anyone knows what type of appointment system the county court in Leeds uses and also the phone number please

I don't know about the court system, but the OR was very nice. We live in Halifax and our OR was in Leeds.

We went bankrupt just over a year ago - and at the time it was an appointment system - but saying that we only had to wait 2 weeks.

Hi thanks for the replies and thanks for the phone number Angie!! I rang the court on Friday and the lady said you can just turn up but you might not get seen, so it's best to make an appointment. So have booked for 1st June at 1.15 pm, as I need to make sure that I've got the fees saved up and also I get paid on the 25th May so just want to make sure that my account is empty. Had a huge smile on my face after the phone call.

Just got one quick question if anyone knows the answer please. One of my creditors is threatening me with court action, just wondering how long that takes, once they've sent me the paperwork cheers, and is there anything I could possibly do to stall it.
