Ohh someone has killed our Virgin (Local problem with all users),

    I read that as

'someone has killed our local virgin'..........

I thought - blimey, that's not a nice area to live in if the virgins are culled as part of a sacrificial witch hunt!! :rotfl:

If that was the case that message wouldn't have even been posted ;) :rotfl:

Anyways Bun is married to a British National, doesn't that give her automatic right? Ie she is now classed as British in the eyes of UK Law?

*I confess to know no laws etc so could be totally wrong*

I have 'right to remain permanently' and as Scaredy says, a part of the common wealth, I can (and DO) vote.

Saying that, I could also vote in a Canadian election still I believe.

I really should just apply for my British passport...

  • I'm glad it's not just me that read it as the local village virgin's been killed.

    PAP - signed the petition.

Claire - will Nathan be ok to go on holiday?

The washing up is done, it's dried and put away. If they don't like the cakes at work, I will not be happy.

I never got the concept of taking in cakes when it's your birthday.

Hi all, voted this afternoon on the way to work, then nearly got killed twice by the "Smartie Party" (LibDem) battle wagon (some sort of people carrier). First they had the boot open, and three large poles with placards on them sticking out the back. Not upright but horizontal. So there I was, poodling along on my bike, and the driver decided to brake sharply, nearly spearing me on one! Then, when I pulled up to him at the lights, He indicated right and turned left forcing me onto the path. Thank god I voted labour!

My Dad has always voted and is a British resident but still a Candian citizen. He finally got a passport last year (took about a year to process) and he has some phrase in it which basically says he's allowed to come back into the UK freely if he leaves the country!

I did the policy thingy........I only did 6 of the policies and think I should go back and do them all to get a true picture.....I got 50% lib dem, 16% UKIP........and 33% BNP.......:o How could I get that high a BNP score? I feel really :o.

Claire - this is the bag - play from around 30 seconds in
