I have just clicked track my delivery and it has my two orders even though one was cancelled.
This is very strange with the order cancellations then order confirmation now order dispatch.

I will post if/when I get mine

I think what's happened is what's said above... Because the order has been made, the order label has been produced and therefore it says there's a delivery. In my email it says from the morning of today I'll be able to see my 1 hour delivery slot and I can't! Having said that, someone was banging on my door earlier but I was on the 3rd floor and couldn't run down in time!!

I think your right.

Ive just rang my local depot and lady said that parcel has not been delivered to them yet and to call Rare but cant do that if I do it will prob be cancelled as they will see glitch so just have to wait and see if anything turns up this week.
These emails sent to everyone must be like an automated email from depot once order received ( not parcel)

Yeah, on the interlink site it says 'customer data recieved yesterday' and 'automated email sent out', but there's no mention of them actually having any parcels in their possession:D
