small mortgage sellers?

I,m going to need a small mortgage. 10-15 K but it seems alot of deals are 25k minimum...
Are there any small mortgage companies if you know what I mean...
OR o I get a 25k mortgage and pay 15 back the next week to get a good deal

Most lenders have restrictions on the amount that can be overpaid in one year, so as to discourage precisely what you are proposing. Mortgages are long term loans.

You may be better off sourcing a cheap personal secured loan rather than a mortgage.

Look at offset with lenders tha thave minimums more than you need.

I would not have any real savings left after my large deposit....
I just would like a small mortgage and to pay it off as soon as possible.
but the FD site looks like what I,m looking for thanks for that.
