Roboform lets you save all your details eg name, address, etc so all you need to do is click that and in most cases the entry forms are automatically filled in for you!

i think this is the link for roboform: http://www.roboform.com/php/land.php then download the free trial-one click and forms are filled in...always quickly scan too though as not always 100% accurate :D X

I'm pleased someone as started this thread because i nearly did the same thing. reading through the winners posts on here i was feeling hard done to with my small wins but now i feel very lucky because i only enter between 10 and 20 comps a day - i simply don't have that much time. this is my third year of comping with mse and i realise i have done well. i do go for comps with lots of prizes like the doritos one running at the moment so i accumulate many small prizes but they add up to quite a good amount over a year and regular treats are always welcomed.

thanks to all the comp posters on here and happy comping!

I enter the daily ones where there is a daily prize but do not normally bother if it is daily entry just for one prize at the end of the competition.
Apart from the above, some days I enter none then have a burst of a 50 or more, probably average in the low 100s each week.
I am happy with my winnings in the few months I have been entering, usually do this while watching TV so it does not really take time from anything else and costs nothing.
I also complete online surveys and average about £45/month from them which is about the same as I am getting in competition prizes but winning a competition is more fun (even more so when prizes just turn up without notification).

I've posted this a few times before when people have asked, so hope it doesn't bore those that have seen it previously...

I keep a spreadsheet of amount of comps entered/win. I start off by keeping a simple tally count on a scrap of paper and then at the end of the week I transfer it all onto my spreadsheet. I also keep a track of my wins on the same spreadsheet.

    Here's my "stats"

    Sept 09 - Entered 2861 comps - Won 9 prizes - Approx value £198.02
    Oct 09 - Entered 2943 comps - Won 13 prizes - Approx value £266.95
    Nov 09 - Entered 3613 comps - Won 8 prizes - Approx value £99.96
    Dec 09 - Entered 2976 comps - Won 11 prizes - Approx value £651.49
    Jan 10 - Entered 3323 comps - Won 21 prizes - Approx value £367.07
    Feb 10 - Entered 3176 comps - Won 31 prizes - Approx value £1,306.94
    March 10 - Entered 3072 comps - Won 24 prizes - Approx value £1040.48
    April 10 - Entered 2513 comps - Won 12 prizes - Approx value £500.48

Of the 31 prizes in won in Feb - 16 of these were via twitter. I started full time work in the middle of Feb and have been less dedicated to comping (and twitter). I haven't entered any comps for a week as I have been too busy. If you can be on twitter regularly it is a really good source for comps, with relatively good odds too.

    GOOD LUCK COMPERS!
:T*Thanks to all who posts comps * :j

I spend a lot of time entering competitions, and since around November times, the wins have been slow, but I have persevered and they now seem to be picking up again. I normally spend at least 2 hours on an evening doing them, and then a lot more at a weekend, I have been known to spend all day on a Sunday entering comps.

I have had some amazing wins and done things I would have never have done if I hadn't found this part of the forum, and as such, even when the wins dry up, I cannot bring myself to stop comping as you never know when the next big win is coming.

I enter about 100 a day but have a break at the weekends. I have had good months and bad months but you have got to be in it to win it. I am lucky in some ways as I had a few good wins. I do a few regulars and monthlies but mainly just ones on the board.

Last month was the first time I've kept a total - well, a rough one. I entered around 1500 comps. Think this is about the usual. I'm afraid I spend far too much time on here, as I am not very methodical in my entering, just mooch around the boards in various random orders and see what takes my fancy.

I don't feel lucky, esp as I seem not to win on comps where there are 1000s of prizes, and my comp:win ration seems very low compared to say Kisto (well done you). Having said that, I won a 40" Bravia TV last year which was the main reason I took up comping, so I'm not complaining, and all wins no matter how few and far between they are or however small, bring a smile to my face.

However, I think I need to adopt more of Markfezzer's attitude as I do tend to feel a bit hard-done-by when there are no wins coming in - need to take it less seriously! :)
