    Still waiting for mine too! I rang them a couple of weeks ago and she said to leave it for another week (despite it being in March that I won!). I left it a week, then rang back and it turns it out my original Card was sent to the wrong address, completely. Not quite sure how that happened but I've been told they have reissued it and it should be with me "within 28 days".

    Hope everyone else manages to get theirs O.K.

    still waiting here too though got confirmation on 14/4 about claim so still within a month (just!) if anyone has their contact number that would be great

    I rang today to see where my card was, and they said there was delays and I should get it any day
    A heap big thank you to everyone who posts the comps, your all stars!

    Proud to of never used or felt the need to use a chain of any sorts on a puppy
