Received a leaflet through the post saying that if you requested a free sample of Tena Lady
you will be put in a draw to win a luxury spa break.
When you go to the website it asks for a URN, but I can't find one on the leaflet and it doesn't mention anything about it at all. If you just click submit it tells you to enter your details, so guess we can all but try
