There's a competition on the Merchant Gourmet website to win a Speedy Dinner Toolbox (worth £26.50) packed with 10 easy-to-use ingredients. There will be five winners and the competition closes on the 31st May.

If you go to the home page of merchant-gourmet dot com you will see a post it note directing you to the competition. Would anyone mind posting the link? I'm a new user and I can't post links yet!
