Ok quick help needed here please

I have spoken to a citizen's help service(like CAB but they didn't have an appointment before August 30th).I had already got Barclays to agree to freeze the interest and reduce payments-everyone else said no or wanted an SOA with a proposal of payments. The lady at the citizen's help service did this and said she would send all the letters off this week.some of the credit card bills are due this week and I was planning to pay them today.Do I pay the minimums on them or should I pay what I have offered them even though they haven't agreed it?Will that cause problems?Should I call payplan instead and see what they suggest?

I personally would pay the minimums if you can afford to and pay the adjusted amounts next time, once you've had confirmation etc.

Arranging lower payments can take some time and you don't want to find yourself in deeper trouble by jumping the gun and paying below the agreed terms as they stand at the moment.

    That's my opinion anyhow :D
  • I would have to agree, pay the minimums if at all possible to avoid any further charges etc
