interest only, confused

  • YBS, 0% for 6mths then fixed at 6.19% until 2011, of course us going for interest only means no payments for the 6mths, but actually where now looking at part repayment part interest only.

    you mean a proportion of your mortgage is repayment and another proporting is interest only?

    i have not heard of a lender doing 0% - who is the lender?
  • YBS - Yorkshire building society, of course the fixed rate is then a bit higher
