Thanks OP just ordered one. i got confirmation emails of payment from sagepay and paypal but no order confirmation from halpriceperfumes also i cant find anything about orders in my account is that normal i have never ordered from here before.

Hi Raven - try calling them with the paypal /sagepay details - must have been a glitch on the system...I am sure they can help you - but they customer service is open till 3 o'clock only - which is a bit harsh for working people. I ordered few times in the past and one bulk order for carboot resell - no problems yet

I didnt get a chance to ring yesterday. i was going to do it today but had a refund this morning and an email to say the order hadnt gone through properly. i'm very happy i didnt have to chase them up about it.
