I received this voucher through the post so am not sure if it is just specific to me. But it gives you 20% off a service or a combined MOT and service.

dont do it, just search MSE and you will see loads of issues with Kwik Fit.

oh, I have used them for years and they have been great. I suppose each garage is different but I have had no problems.

Well for every unsatisfied customer, there are hundreds of satisfied customers and whenever I go to my local kwik-fit garage, they are always busy.

Recently, they overcharged me by £12.25 by mistake. I just wrote a letter to their customer service department and they refunded the full money and as a goodwill gesture paid £20 extra.

This sure does work, just saved me £37 on a full service and MOT.

Thanks for this, cheered me up no end.

Just hope the MOT goes smooth.

Will post back if there's any funny business involved with MOT, e.g. failure and suggesting expensive repairs.
Car is a 02 plate Audi A4 Avant 1.9 TDi Quattro Sport, great condition, sailed through every MOT so far.
