Where to sell clothes?

Options
Hi all,

Not having much luck selling clothes on eBay, so just wondered if anyone knew of any other good sites? Got a few nice things like an old prom dress which is a John Lewis lovely and a Monsoon dress if there's anywhere that is good to sell things like that specifically?

Thanks in advance :)

You will get a hit on eBay eventually. If you still have no biters then eBuyer is also good.

If your clothes look at all vintage then you could also try Etsy.

Have you got a clothes agency near you? I work in one in the town i live in, and customers bring their good quality clothes in for us to sell, and its based on a 50/50% commission.
try looking in your Yellow pages for one near you

    Hi compliments

There is a clothes swapping website bigwardrobe that you can sell clothes on as well as swap them. I haven't used it myself but niccatw (who was the one who advised you to join the NSD thread) has started using it recently and I think it doing quite well - maybe ask her opinion on the NSD thread.

But otherwise I would agree that they'll sell on ebay eventually (but perhaps not quickly enough for you right now) - mind you I guess its prom season pretty soon so that might help.

It's all very well relisting stuff on ebay, but eventually your ad insertion fee's have added up to more than you'll make on the item........
