Have you tried asking them why?
Approach her; adore her. Behold her; worship her. Caress her; indulge her. Kiss her; pleasure her. Kneel to her; lavish her. Assert to her; let her guide you. Obey her as you know how; Surrender is so wonderful! For Caroline my Goddess.

Just had an email through my VSC that Arise have terminated my SOW

Effective immediately, Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. (“Arise”) is hereby terminating the Statement of Work (the “SOW”) that was entered into by and between Arise and Call Catcherz Ltd for the provision of Services on the Shop Direct Enquiries application. The ACP servicing the application on behalf of your VSC failed to meet the meet the Priority Commitment and Quality Metrics requirements as required by the sow

I could understand but i have been loyal to arise/shop direct for a year and its not as if i have even ever had a complaint. I attend every workshop required and work every hour i possibly can. I have paid a nursey every monday and tuesday sometimes with no hours available abd they treat me like this.

I know the feeling this happened to me last year, no warning came back from my holiday to find i'd been terminated. My sales weren't fantastic but i know others were worse and i was hitting all my metrics :)

I was dead angry at the time like you and wanted to take action due to loss of income at the drop of a hat, but don't think theres anything you can do...sadly i think its just the way they operate :(

Its a very insecure job and now i am glad it happened as i did find it quite pressured when i was there, hugs to you x

I was fully trained, then somebody realised I was 17, and without question or explanation my contract was ended immediately. I managed to get £250 out of these IDIOTS, thanks to a guy called PHarkins@arise.com. Try him directly! He is based in Ireland.
