Hi,
Am new on here and hope someone can help me please. I recently have gone back to work and have received about £1k as holiday pay from being on maternity leave. I am back 3days a week and was hoping to start a small business from home during my time off and on weekends.
I am interested in selling bags and wondered if anyone has any leads and pointers regarding selling them on ebay. We have visited a few wholesale places in Manchester ( We live in Leeds btw) and seen some bags which range from about £5 (could hopefully sell for £15) for non-leather and £20 (maybe sell for £30-35) for leather bags. Does anyone think this will get me some profit if I ebay them? Or does anyone have alternative suggestions for me with this money........ I really want to do something with it and not 'waste' it.
Also what do I need to put in place regarding the legal side of things, - tax, registration, etc. Others?
Thanks for reading and looking forward to your suggestions.
