hi, my fixed rate runs out next month and would like some advice please.
my mortgage is £56000 with northen rock and would like to know the best deal i can get, not very good at all this so any help would be great. thanks.

How much is your current mortgage? What rate are you paying?

my rate is fixed at 5.6 paying £427

At that mortgage level you are more fee sensitive, than rate sensitive.
