advice needed which way to go

please can any one advise me i have recently had my hours cut at work from 40 to 16 and also my partner and i have decided to split were still living in the same house until it is sold which will then release 35 k for debts ect. my partner is paying the mortgage at the min why he still living here but i am expected to pay half of everthing else. im earning 100 a week and have a 18yr old still in education. i cannot claim benefits as he still living here.
Ihave a 15k loan with lloyds tsb at 424 a month which i cannot afford to pay i rang them offering reduced payments but they didnt want to know and said i will have to get help elsewere as my expenditure exceeds my income i also have a 2k credit card with them and 2k with virgin.
i explained that when the house is sold it will be paid in full n they said that no good and i have to pay im at my wits end and dont know what to do there are so many companys out there.
also when i have sold i need to rent with my daughter and so therefore i dont want to do anything that will jepodise me being able to rent on my own. i am also unsure when i am on my own what i can claim for ie housing benefit and working tax credit or family tax credit im so confused please can someone help ???!!

    Sorry to hear of your situation. I would suggest you phone one of the free agencies such as CCCS to help you. You can phone them on 0800 138 1111 or go to there website http://www.cccs.co.uk/Home.aspx

    hi,ring child tax credit people-if you have split up you can claim even if you live in same house.you need to not be sharing a bedroom tho.
    just explain to them,they were really helpful and nice to me.

    You might find www.entitledto.co.uk a useful site to visit to check your situation now, and once you live seperately. Also potentially get your daughter to look into EMA to see if she may qualify for that.

    If you haven't already you need to urgently open a new bank account with someone you don't owe any money to, to have your wages and any other income paid in to. This will save you from losing your money to offsetting.
