Wonga.com and repayments

Hi,

I've made a similar post to this before but looking for a bit more advice if anyone can help.

Upon the advice of Payplan, I wrote to the company requesting that I pay £50.00 per month and they accepted, but said they would not be freezing interest. The payment of £50.00 went from my bank to theirs, but the amount has not come off of my balance! How can I guarantee that they received the payment without speaking to them? If I call them I usually get a lot of bother about paying them in full, which I've already explained that I can't.

Please help if you can - would be v. much appreciated!

How long ago did the payment leave your account? it can often take up to 5days for a company to allocate money received to individual's accounts. If it only happened recently I'd be tempted to leave it a couple more days if not you do you have an email address for them? that might be quicker than a letter but less stressful than a call.

I emailed them on the date of payment to say I've paid X amount, but this was on Saturday so I assume it's going to be a while.

Thanks for your help, you've posted on a few of my questions and have been v. helpful :)
