Alfred Angelo dress

I finally tried some dresses on at the weekend (yes, I've left it a bit late) and to my suprise the one I liked the most was the Alfred Angelo 1148, which is completely different to the ones I'd been looking at online.
It does cost a bit more than I was hoping to pay. Does anyone know of a similar dress that would cost less?
Thank you!

What size do you want it in?0

Probably a 12 (I'm really a 14 at the moment but intend to be a 12 again in time for the wedding). Thanks.0

There's one on Preloved.com for £250:

There's one on ebay, but as I'm at work I can't have a look to post a link for you. It's £250 buy it now I think.0 -

Thank you for finding this out. I see it's a size 14 - do wedding dresses normally come slightly small? Would it be easy to alter down to a 12 if necessary?
Thank you0 -
I don't know if they come in slightly small, but dressmakers say it's easier to take a dress in than to let it out, plus it's a lace-up dress so it might fit ok. I mean for £100 it's worth taking the chance especially is you win
then another £100 or so for alternations and you have yourself a bargin

I found Alfred Angelos came up small, I was a 12 and they were going to order a 14 (before I changed my mind on the dress), so I think you'd be ok, and as said above 'they' do say it's easier to take a dress in than let it out.0
