I was sent a survey today by email that offers a free Atkins Advantage Dark Choc Crunch bar for ticking about 6 question boxes.

I can't seem to post links, it's on the Free Stuff website under Atkins_Women or Atkins_men.

After answering the questions you send an email requesting the chocolate bar.
