CAN ANYONE HELP???
My holiday was cancelled with onthebeach.com due to the volcanic ash cloud...however, i spent 5 days repeatedly ringing them being left on hold for ages just trying to sort it out. I have now received my phone bill from virgin media...and the calls alone to onthebeach.com have cost £60 (approx). I am absolutely disgusted with this amount...and cannot afford to pay the bill...does anyone have any ideas of whether its worth me trying to claim the money back from onthebeach.com...or whether virgin media would help at all????
Any advice appreciated thank you
