Calor or Campingaz?

I've just treated myself to a campingaz double burner camping stove (a bit of an impulse buy tbh).

I now need to get some gas for it!

It seems the largest Campingaz bottle (R 907)takes 2.75kg gas, and costs £18 to refill, wheras the 4.5kg Calor gas bottle only costs £13.50 to refill ???

Assuming they are both butane, this would make the Calor bottle much cheaper to run.

Can anyone confirm:

1)Whether Calor butane and Campingaz are the same gas (i.e. butane)?
2)Whether one is more available for refills than the other ? (a friend seems to think Campingaz is easily available, and Calor butane isn't - I'll be UK camping only if it makes a difference)
3)Whether the Campingaz stove can be used with butane gas from a Calor cylinder (with the correct regulator of course)?
4) If there is much of a size difference to the two bottles?

I'd be interested in any advice on the above that anyone can offer :)

Many thanks :)
