Cake help

Sorry guys I know this is non wedding related, but as a bit of a trawler i know that most people have been scanning websites for wedding cakes and might have come accross what I am after,Im in bit of a stress and need help please.


Its my 21st next week and I am looking for a big cupcake cake.

Possibly pink, but not neccesary aslong as its cute.
Doesnt need to be huge either-for around 20 people.
Preferably around the west midlands/Warwickshire areas, or that would deliver.

Budget is quite tight, around £30.

Can anyone please help im tearing my hair out!!!

Welcome to the [STRIKE]bridezilla[/STRIKE] wedding board, not in your area but I would say £30 will cover that fine, our 'cutting' cup cake for our wedding feeds 10 and is £15!!

lakeland do a large cupcake mould if you want to make your own. the mould is expensive - but you could always make your friends afterwards for their 21st presents!!

Is it definately one big cupcake you're after or would you consider say 20 regular sized ones on some kind of stand?

Asda do a giant vanilla or chocolate cupcake for £4.97 according to their website but oddly there are no photos. I thought they used to do a pink one as well but can't see it on there at the moment. They're 700g but I'm not sure how big that is? Alternatively they do some very cute pink Strawberry Sundae cupcakes with glittery bits on, £1.98 for 4, so would only cost you around £10 in total if you'd be willing to have the normal sized ones.

Tesco had a Roald Dahl (sp) Giant Cupcake, not sure how many people it would do but you could serve it with smaller cakes around it. Otherwise I'd say get your yellow pages and look through the cake makers section just ring round til you find someone.

You can buy a huge fondant fancy in tesco, cost about £7 i think but you would need more than 1
