Can't seem to copy the bits I need from the link to post here but the way I read it is:

subs are a special price of £1.00
voucher is for £1.00
exchange voucher for sub
is no spend freebie

(well, this is how it reads! - I may be wrong!)

Quoted as can't copy:

Then (copied):

I read it as a freebie tbh:

So subs are £1 - voucher gives you £1 off, so comes in as free. If it doesnt then I think there will be complaints!!

I agree with expressman33. Having printed my voucher it seems like you have to pay £1 for the sub.
