Wow! A massive well done to you Omar. It sounds like you have really worked hard for this day so enjoy!

Honestly, further down the line you will be SO pleased that you got your debts payed off at such an early age and learned a very important lesson at the same time.

Don't go crazy with the spending now! ;) Save up for a deposit on a house. I'm still renting at 30 and its so annoying!
But do treat youself a little and have a few AWESOME nights out! :D

  • Congratulations - thats great news and at an age where you have time to use the lesson you have learnt wisely. I was a little bit older, but hopefully still time to sort the future.

With that income, monthly outgoings and your money saving expertise you will have a deposit in no time and that is the hardest thing for young people these days. Be very proud of yourself.

I'm only 34 but I keep thinking about a colleague at work who is approaching 60 and she can't really afford to retire - I am determined it wont happen to me. I will be leaving at a reasonable age whatever any government do to pension ages!
Proud to have dealt with my debts:

    Well done mate.

I'll be there too at the end of this month but it won't fully sink in until I've received my final statments with zero balances.
